We offer Payment Refund within 7 days of the Subscription Payment. However, there may be
certain Subscriptions specified as “Non-Returnable” on the Website in the Subscription section,
for which we do not offer refund. Please refer to the specific refund policy (if any)
mentioned under the Subscription section, to check if the Order is eligible for refund or not.
We endeavor to process your refunds within 7 business days from the date of receipt. However,
the refund is subject to the transaction and processing time taken by the bank after the NEFT
is initiated by LearnSta. In case of any refund discrepancies, LearnSta may at its sole discretion,
request you to share with us a screenshot of your bank statement.
